fully searchable primary and secondary legal documents indexed
under 50 subject wise databases, spanning over 40 jurisdictions
and covering over 5000 industries, sectors and products. The
database spans a period of over two centuries (1790 to 2001).

JUDGMENTS
With the full text of nearly 2,00,000 judgments of Indian
and English Courts available on our database, subscribers
are assured of one of the largest common law judgment databases
online. The intuitive Indlaw search engine ensures that these
judgments are fully searchable. You can search for cases using
one or more of 18 parameters such as keywords, case number,
legislations referred, lawyer names, cases cited, cases referred,
cases followed, judge name, date of judgment, law, industry,
jurisdiction, etc. Apart from this, you can retrieve a judgment
from the Indlaw database by keying in the comparative citation
for the case from any other reporter such as AIR, SCC, SCR,
AllER, ITR, CLJ, Comp Cas, WLR, etc.
LEGISLATIONS & RULES
Over 7,000 legislations and rules comprise our India Statutes
Section. This section covers the enactments for the period
1812 to 2001 and includes Imperial, Dominion and Parliamentary
statutes, legislation and rules, delegated legislation, treaties,
conventions and double tax avoidance agreements.
NOTIFICATIONS, TRADENOTICES & CIRCULARS
These three databases contain over 40,000 notifications, trade
notices and circulars which are searchable on the basis of
over 5000 industry, sector and product categories, date, jurisdiction
